Bachelor of International Business and Master of Law from the University of International Business & Economics in Beijing (1980-1988); Licensed lawyer in China (1994); work experience from 1988 to 2003: worked with the China National Chemicals Import and Export Corporation as an International Business Administrator, International Business Department Manger, the Vice-President of the Joint Venture Financial Leasing Company, Chief Lawyer of the Trust and Investment Company; Managing Director and Chairman of Australian group companies, and corporate legal counsel; from 1987 to 1988 worked with the Great Wall Foreign Economic Law Firm; practiced law with the Beijing Huang Zhong Law Firm; two years' work experience in USA and two in Australia.

Lawyer Zhu specializes in law and practice of international trade and investments, international construction projects, international financing and payment terms, foreign investment in mineral resources exploration and mining, and other economic cooperation affairs and related government approval procedures. He has diverse experience in international commerce, overseas EPC engineering projects, wireless communications investment, as well as liquidation and settlement for both international and domestic organizations. His goal is to serve major leading clients in industries by way of structuring transactions, negotiating projects, and resolving disputes by international arbitration and litigation.
